Amazon Prime customers dig the shipping, not the streaming, study says

For many of us, the free shipping assiated with a year-long Amazon Prime membership was just a cool add-on advantage over Netflix. But it turns out the cart is leading the horse. According to a recent Strategy Analytics survey, Prime customers say it's the free two-day shipping that keeps them coming back to the service, not original shows like Transparent and Mozart in the Jungle.
