Backspace targets mobile IPTV

IPTV broadcaster Backspace Communications is planning top introduce a mobile TV offering at this week's NXTcomm trade show in Las Vegas. The company, which was formed from the merger of an ISP and a traditional TV station, has thus far focused on the IPTV market.
