Carrier interconnection offers new challenge, opportunities

Everything old is new again and everything new is old. That would seem to be at least part of the message being delivered by Ed Ogonek, newly named CEO of CENX, in a Hot Seat conversation with FierceTelecom editor Sean Buckley.
