Charter execs literally cash out

Charter Communications (Nasdaq: CHTR) CFO Eloise Schmitz and EVP-CTO Marwan Fawaz literally cashed out when they left the company, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.

Schmitz pulled the cord on a $4.1 million golden parachute when her contract expired last July. Fawaz, whose tenure ends with this week, takes $5.5 million with him. The story used proxy statements filed with the SEC March 15 to dig up these golden nuggets.
