Charter Spectrum OTT app puts up a brick during Cavs' big win in Game 7

The Cleveland Cavaliers capped a historic comeback last night when the team beat the Golden State Warriors in Game Seven of the NBA Finals -- but for some Charter Spectrum TV Plus subscribers, the moment was missed.

Home Media Magazine reports that the OTT app dropped the feed during the last few minutes of the game. A Charter representative said the problem was due to a local area code issue between the app and the Roku device which is included when subscribers sign up for the company's $20 per month service.

"I don't know what the issue is or how long it takes to repair it, but we are aware of it, and we do have our technicians working on it," the rep told Home Media Magazine.
