Copps may be resigning, but he's not retiring in outlook on mediascape

FCC Commissioner Michael Copps, who is resigning from his post at the end of the month, said about media outlets, "There are hundreds of different puppets, but it's the same ventriloquist in control." He opposed Comcast's purchased of NBCUniversal and said consolidation of the media industry leads to a lack of diversity in the executive suites and on the air.
