The ebb and flow continues for Time Warner Cable's (NYSE: TWC) iPad streaming TV app. Now, the MSO said, subscribers can watch over 50 channels of TV programming on their iPads--as long as they're doing it in the same residence.
The most recent news from the nation's number two MSO is that Fox Network and Discovery, which ebbed away from the application, have flowed back on, bringing their programming back to the small screen once again.
On the other hand, the tide's still out for Viacom (NYSE: VIA), which is now letting a court decide whether Time Warner Cable has the right to its fare.
