DT does TV-phone bundle without Internet

Germany's Deutsche Telekom is offering a service bundle comprised of its T-Home Entertain IPTV service and telephone service, but without the requirement that the customer must buy Internet access. It's a bundle composition original enough that FierceIPTV could not find record of another incumbent telco in the world that was actively promoting a similar bundle (though we'll admit our survey capacity is inadequate to such a challenge).

The incumbent telco reportedly is using the combination to directly address older telephone customers who don't necessarily need the Internet service, but possibly are interested in TV alternatives. The new service bundle is also, of course, less expensive than buying an Internet-and-TV bundle.
