Equipment failure puts adult content on kids' channels

In yet another case of why you can't trust machines, an "equipment failure" in Time Warner Cable's Raleigh market inserted adult content onto two "Kids on Demand" channels that were showing previews of children's programming such as Dora the Explorer. The previews, however, were of upcoming adult programming. The problem, which resulted in calls from several parents, lasted about two hours and "it won't happen again," TWC promised.
