Genachowski flexes FCC muscles

Lest anyone think otherwise, FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski made it clear in an interview that his agency oversees broadband service providers (BSPs) and is pushing forward on objectives that affect them. He ducked a question about whether the FCC is thinking about reclassifying BSPs to more clearly fall under its jurisdiction.
