High-speed data (HSD), not video is the anchor that holds down Time Warner Cable's business and consumers are willing to pay for it, the MSO's COO Landel Hobbs, said during an investment conference. Hobbs said HSD was so popular, in fact, that "we have the ability to increase pricing" for the service.
