Important Note for Readers - FierceIPTV merges with FierceCable

Jason Nelson

On Oct. 7, FierceIPTV is merging with its sister publication, FierceCable. The new publication will retain the FierceCable name, reflecting the topography of modern networks. The new FierceCable will expand its editorial coverage to address all PayTV networks.

PayTV networks of all types are facing many of the same challenges and opportunities, such as cord-cutting, negotiations with content owners and marketing additional services to subscribers. By focusing our editorial efforts on a single publication with a daily frequency, we'll be able to offer better in-depth news coverage and analysis that previously required reading two publications.
