Independent Show: Small cable operators consider ditching video services

With programming costs accelerating upward, a number of smaller cable operators are thinking what was, just a few years ago, the unthinkable--ditching video services. Covering the Independent Show in Kansas City, Mo., Multichannel News editor-in-chief Mark Robochaux talked to a number of operators currently mulling this tough decision. Here's his full report.
