UBS analyst Nikos Theodosopoulos thinks Nortel is set to go on an M&A spree with an eye toward IPTV and WiMAX companies. Nortel recently resolved its debt refinancing, a class action lawsuit and most of its financial restatements, which puts it in prime position to make some strategic acquisitions. The company's operating margin is $600 million for 2007, based on expected savings of $750 million.
