Orca Interactive announced a new partnership program called the Interactive Alliance IPTV Partner Program. The company will provide its implementation tools (such as subscriber user interface and software development kit for TV interfaces) to allow operators "to quickly and efficiently develop new applications or tear down applications that aren't working." The Interactive Alliance marketing partnership includes integration, technology, application developer and user interface partners.
