Republicans set to introduce alternative Internet-regulation bill

The development of new net-neutrality rules existed as a somewhat bipartisan process in the Federal Communications Commission. It's not bipartisan anymore. Following President Obama's urging for strident Internet regulation, Republican lawmakers are ready to chime in with their own net-neutrality proposal.
