Rounding up the top 13 U.S. ILEC performances in Q3

Each quarter, our sister publication FierceTelecom rounds up the rankings of the top U.S. ILECs. The newest report summarizes the top 13 ILECs' performances in revenue, access line losses and subscriber additions for the third quarter of 2013. AT&T (NYSE: T) headed up the list, while HickoryTech came in at last place.
