SPOTLIGHT: DSL Forum works on IPTV QoE


The DSL Forum has found itself contributing to standards for IPTV quality of experience. Its triple play quality of experience specification has been applied to ongoing IPTV standards work being conducted by the international Telecommunications Union and the ATIS IPTV Interoperability Forum.
