SPOTLIGHT: Investor predicts 5-10% penetration in 2011

At the Future in Review conference in San Diego, noted angel investor Daniel Rosen made his predictions for the next five years in tech and chief among them was that IPTV will penetrate 5 percent to 10 percent of homes in the U.S. during that time period.
