SPOTLIGHT: Tut Systems restructures

Tut Systems expects its first-quarter revenue to be $11.5 million, an increase of 63.4 percent over the first quarter of 2005. Despite a gross margin of 34.3 percent for the quarter, the company has decided to restructure and save about $3 million this year. Former CFO Randall Gausman has already resigned to pursue other interests and corporate controller Scott Spangenberg has been appointed the new CFO. Release
