SPOTLIGHT: Wall Street loves Chinese signals scrambler

China Digital TV Holding Co., a Beijing company that makes conditional access systems for digital TV, raised $192 million through it's IPO Friday, then shares promptly doubled. CDTH went out at $16 and reached more than $36 by mid-afternoon Monday. China Digital is trading on the NYSE under ticker symbol STV. FinanceAsia.com has more here.
