> NBCUniversal announced a restructuring of some of its cable networks, grouping Bravo, Oxygen, E! and Esquire into what it calls the Lifestyle Network Group and putting Frances Berwick, president of Bravo and Oxygen Media, in charge of it. As part of the restructuring, nine-year E! president Suzanne Kolb has said she will leave the network. Story
