WealthTV wants carriage complaint reopened

WealthTV has asked the FCC to reopen its investigation of a carriage complaint against Comcast to determine whether the MSO has been "truthful and candid in its representations" about negotiations to carry WealthTV's programming. Comcast, of course, dismissed WealthTV's assertions.
