Speaking at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Wheeler said that the FCC will seek to hold broadband providers to a legal standard of what is "just and reasonable" in evaluating whether their practices violate rules on transparency, discrimination and paid periodization. FierceWireless has a complete report on Wheeler's remarks.
