With the season two premiere of "Hannibal" weeks away on NBC, Amazon Prime (Nasdaq: AMZN) customers are now able to stream the entire first season online. Maybe NBC and Amazon are trying to recapture some of the catch-up TV magic that Netflix (Nadsaq: NFLX) and AMC found with older episodes of "Breaking Bad." In that case, ratings for later seasons of the show grew as viewers got to know the series online.
