Multiscreen is maturing, Envivio CEO says, and consumers expect TV across devices

Julien Signes, EnvivioThe way consumers expect to access video content is changing, says Envivio CEO Julien Signes, and mainstream operators are going to have to dramatically change their programming and subscription packages to meet those expectations. "To me television is going to become multiscreen by default," Signes told FierceCable Editor in Chief Sue Marek. Envivio, which provides multiscreen software solutions to several companies in the pay-TV ecosystem, recently opened an office in Denver. Signes details Envivio's view of the multiscreen market in FierceCable's latest Hot Seat interview.
