Netflix updates its app for Apple's new iPad2, makes streaming easier, more robust

Netflix has updated its app for the iPad2, with a new interface that gives users quick access to TV episodes and movies, and makes it easier to switch devices midstream, say starting a movie on an iPhone and switching to an iPad2, and pick up where you left off.

Netflix said recommended titles can be found on the home screen, or users can browse popular genres or search to find titles to watch instantly. This new experience was designed specifically for streaming on touch-based devices.

With Apple's video out cables, you can even connect your iPad directly to your TV. The app is available for free from the iOS App Store.
