OTT set-top box maker Roku adds more channels

Over-the-top set-top box maker Roku launched five new channels on its platform last night. The additional channels include Sumimi, Roxwel, Spacevidcast, EZTakes and Break.com, not exactly household names, but an eclectic mix of content worth browsing.

Roku has slowly been building its offerings, and now has 42 channels available, among them MLB.com, Netflix, UFC, and some of the best movie channels you'll find in a single location.

It also has dropped its prices on its STBs, which now start at $80 from the company website.
