Telestream, which in mid-August announced it was buying Grab Network's Anystream division, says it has now closed the deal, terms of which remain private. The deal gives Telestream the enterprise-class transcoding and large-scale media production management platforms from Anystream, enhancing Telestream's ability to provide a greater range of enterprise-class live and on-demand workflow applications.
The company also said the merge adds a world-class engineering and support team, an East Coast office and a global key account sales team to Telestream's worldwide business.

"The addition of Anystream's product offerings and expertise ensures that our combined customers are provided the deepest, most integrated workflow solutions to safeguard their media assets and ensure their overall business success."
The Anystream team will be integrated into Telestream with key members of Anystream's management team maintaining leadership roles in the company.
