With its recent all-digital conversion in the region completed, Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR) has expanded the rollout of its Spectrum service to its Southern California subscribers. These customers will receive a free upgrade in downstream Internet stream from 30 Mbps to 60 Mbps, as well as an expanded selection of more than 200 HD live and VOD channels.
