Pa. officials may seek outside help to get better service from Comcast

> Newton Township, Pa. supervisors are considering hiring a legal consultant to see what can be done about improving Comcast's service in its franchise area. Comcast has said that Newton and other areas could see digital upgrades in coming months but Newton supervisors say that the company has told them that local cable lines are "basically dinosaurs."
