Tandberg Television said its set to acquire Zetools, an L.A.-based developer of software supporting the delivery of IPTV. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Zetools develops software like its MediaModeler for creating, managing, delivering and accessing rich media content. The deal follows Tandberg's acquisition of GoldPocket Interactive last year, which was also L.A.-based.
