Avail-TVN will use transcoding specialist Elemental Technologies' Elemental Live and Elemental Server video processing solutions, as well as its Elemental Conductor management system, to help it deploy in excess of 100 channels of content as it offers service providers a TV Everywhere solution.
Elemental Live encoders deliver linear television content to connected devices, while Elemental Server systems create and format VOD content.
Digital media services specialist Avail-TVN works with content owners and multichannel video providers to monetize their video offerings. Through its service provider customers, the company currently reaches more than 60 million households in North America.
