Fierce Video is proud to present its 2022 class of Emerging Leaders in the streaming TV industry. These 24 executives, who are all age 35 and younger, are making names for themselves across different sectors of the business: from technology, to distribution, to advertising and more.
It's been fascinating to see the bios and profiles of these 24 Emerging Leaders. Not only do many of them have impressive resumes, but they possess emotional intelligence with an understanding of how to lead and inspire teams.
For instance, Sling TV's Hannah Hartsig talks about creating a positive culture of respect and collaboration to develop a customer-centric organization.
Tubi’s Taylor Sibbern has had to recruit large teams. She hires for potential as opposed to just past accomplishments, which can create some of the best team dynamics.
FuboTV’s Ameet Padte says, “A company is rooted in its narrative. That narrative is shared with stakeholders including employees, investors, potential hires, clients, and customers, and it is constantly iterating over time.”
WarnerMedia’s Eli Rivkin has learned that it's important to have patience when tackling a problem. Sometimes problems work themselves out in time, or more context is needed to understand why the problem exists in the first place.
